I forgot
I made this little sketch a few weeks ago on winter solstice, the longest night of the year, and then immediately forgot to post it here because the lack of sunlight is doing my head in:
But the good news is that now the days are (slowly) gaining daylight and so if you too are feeling like a dreary lump of unfolded laundry, just know that we’re now moving toward the light even if when it feels impossibly dark. You’re not alone. Neither am I.
And now for this week’s doodle, which feels entirely too appropriate as I am surrounded by so many books that I can’t wait to read while eyeing at my ever-growing list of books I still want to pick up:
