I wish you were here

This week I made a drawing that consisted only of hundreds of tiny dots and I really liked doing it…finding the patterns and curls as they came…but I did it on a rough paper that doesn’t photograph well.

As I drew, I saw the rings of trees, or swirls of smoke or microscopic pollen on the wind…maybe all three. Maybe you see something different.

If you were here I’d show you the tiny marks that don’t show up in the light. But instead, you just have to trust me.
