Weaving a spell for you
Sometimes I have words and no drawings. Sometimes I have drawings and no words. And sometimes a picture just comes out of nowhere…and the words that go with it stream out like a spell my body is casting. This week was the latter.
Be careful but generous with the company you keep, because that is how a community is built. It is a magic spell of intentions and actions and protection. I wish you a community that seeks peace and compassion. One that prioritizes joy and guards love. One that shelters empathy and inspires change. One that builds on the lessons of the past for a future we may never see. One that learns from our past mistakes and gives grace for the ones we will make along the way.
May you be worthy of a community that makes you better.
And may your community prove to be worthy of you.
