Hi...I love that concept, I like drawing with ball point pens and I'm awake at 2.10am in the southern hemisphere and my mind is trawling all my fears and hopes but inside. It's loopy and like the marks on your drawing...seeing visuals is better than the whirlpool in my head.
OMG, Jenny! This is brilliant and beautiful and so, so poetic. I love that you still did your thing, made beautiful art, surely that is printed with all of your light, so it seems "balanced" to put the dark in there too. Thanks for sharing!! XO
It's like some of us painting protection runes into our paint on our walls that no one will ever see, but I know they are there. I've painted the words of my feelings into a painting-it felt very powerful and freeing to let them go like that. I once made an acrylic painting of what I pictured a hellfire scenario to look like, and put in words what I wanted to burn away. I coated them in paint flame colors and it helped.
I love this! I can't wait to use this technique in my journaling. It kind of reminds me of the old letters and journals that were written when paper was scarce. They would write one direction, then turn the paper 90 degrees and continue to write perpanducular (sp?) to the original linesl. I wonder how it would be to just continue turning the page a bit, continuing until the page is black...full of all the thoughts and emotions. I also love the bit of beauty floating in the center. Again, thank you, Jenny!
I do that with my pour paintings. And under the flooring/drywall I installed in the attic.
It’s always the hidden language that speaks louder in illustrations 🌟

Thanks 😊
I see it as a special kind of thumbprint.
(but I see weird)

Love it! —and appreciate this grin I'm wearing. Keep doodling!
It is like a hidden spell, tangled in and hidden beneath the lines. Love it.
I like this, I've done it with thoughts that felt too raw to write in plain sight.
I will also write all my thoughts on a single line until it's a blackened mess. And it makes me feel better
Wonderful!
Such a brilliant idea!!! Love this
I love this. There is a website that you can type things you want to say but can't.

This reminds me of it but much prettier.
Wow, this one might be my favorite one so far (aside from midsommar cat, because obviously)

Love this. Making art with/over the things we sometimes keep buried. This drawing also reminds me of the Wild Unknown tarot art.
Thank you you too have a fantastic rest of the week
